Shift shaft?!?!?

My SEF 300 model 2023 has a leaking water pump.
I drained the oil and coolant and removed the clutch cover. The water pump has now been removed and I am waiting for the spare parts.

I just noticed that the shifter shaft can move back and forth. That was not so before. could the selector shaft have loosened?
I can't find a solution in the user manual.

I need some help
